By downloading or using the HLM App, these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the app.
You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, remain the property of the app owner (currently developed and maintained for Heavenly Ladder Ministries).
Use of the HLM App
The HLM App is provided to help users hear and learn the Word of God through media content such as sermons, Bible studies, end‑time messages, Yeni FM audio, e‑Classes, and e‑Magazines. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Service.
Changes to the App and Services
We are committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for certain services at any time and for any reason.
If at any time a fee is introduced for specific services or features, we will make it very clear in the app what you are paying for and under what conditions. The basic app and its core ministry content are intended to remain free.
Data, Security, and Your Responsibility
The HLM App may store and process basic personal data that you provide (for example, when you register, submit forms, or contact support), in order to operate the Service and communicate with you.
It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We strongly recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your device, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system. Doing so may make your device vulnerable to malware, viruses, malicious programs, compromise security features, and may prevent the HLM App from working properly.
Third‑Party Services
The app may use third‑party services that have their own Terms and Conditions.

Network, Charges, and Availability
Certain functions of the app require an active internet connection. This connection can be via Wi‑Fi or your mobile network provider. We cannot take responsibility if the app does not function properly due to lack of internet access, insufficient data allowance, or poor network quality.
If you are using the app outside an area with Wi‑Fi, remember that your agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for data usage while accessing the app or other third‑party charges. In using the app, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside your home region without turning off data roaming.
If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the app, we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer to use the app and any related data services.
Device and Battery Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your device in working condition and adequately charged. If your device runs out of battery and you cannot use the Service for that reason, the app owner and Heavenly Ladder Ministries cannot be held responsible.
Accuracy, Updates, and Liability
While we endeavour to ensure that the content and functionality of the HLM App are kept up‑to‑date and accurate, we rely on various technical systems and third‑party providers for media hosting, streaming, and delivery.
We do not accept liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying solely on the information or functionality within the app. All spiritual and teaching content should be received prayerfully and in line with Scripture, and users are encouraged to test everything with the Word of God.
App Updates and Termination
From time to time, we may update the app. The app is currently available on Android, and system requirements (and any additional platforms we support in the future) may change. You may need to download updates to continue using the app.
We do not promise to always update the app so that it remains compatible with every Android version or device model. However, you agree to accept updates to the application when offered.
We may also decide to stop providing the app and may terminate use of it at any time without prior notice. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon termination:
- The rights and licenses granted to you in these Terms will end;
- You must stop using the app; and
- If needed, you must delete the app from your device.
Changes to These Terms
We may update our Terms & Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Any changes will be effective immediately when posted on this page, unless otherwise specified.
Where appropriate, we may also notify you of important changes within the HLM App (for example, via a notice on the home screen or in the settings section).
