How to delete your account
If you wish to delete your account associated with the HLM App (HLM04), you can initiate the request from inside the app.
Follow these steps:
- Open the HLM App on your device and log in using your registered credentials.
- Go to the Account Settings or Profile section from the main menu.
- Select the option labeled Delete My Account or Request Account Deletion.
- Provide a short reason for deleting your account (optional, but helps us improve the app).
- Confirm your request to permanently delete your account.
What happens to your data
Once your deletion request is submitted and processed, your account and all associated transactional data will be removed from our active systems.
However, in order to comply with statutory, legal, and audit requirements, certain records may remain in a secure purge mode for a period of six (6) months. After this retention period, such data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
If you cannot delete from inside the app
If you are unable to access the HLM App or do not see a Delete My Account option, you can request deletion by email:
- Send an email from your registered email address to info@hlm04.com.
- Use the subject line: HLM04 Account Deletion Request.
- Include your full name, registered mobile number or email ID, and a short note confirming that you want your account deleted.
Our team will verify your request and process the deletion as soon as possible. You may receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
